If ordering with a Credit Card, you will also need your credit card information. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

We also accept COD, Money Order or Check payment methods. Shipping amounts are for shipments within the continental U.S. only.

Our Order Entry Entry System uses the shopping-cart style system. Simply add items to your cart, adjust quantities as needed, then proceed to 'Check Out'. At Check Out you may select your desired payment method and continue. For orders that will be mailed, phoned or faxed, simply print your final order sheet. Orders using credit card payments will be prompted for the proper information.
